The original - hearty, crusty, with a unique depth of flavour and the tang of sourdough. Heritage Ezekiel grains are soaked, sprouted, dehydrated and fresh milled into flour. Lentils and millet are kept whole for a nutty bite, and milk and honey add softness and remind us of the sweetness of God's provision.
Orders are fresh baked on Wednesdays and shipped that same day, to arrive on Thursdays. Orders close on Sunday evenings, for shipping the following week.
Ingredients: spelt, emmer, einkorn, barley, haricot beans, lentils, millet, spring water, sourdough culture, local biodynamic milk, olive oil, honey, sea salt. Contains gluten and dairy.
