Fresh Milled Ezekiel Flour

Our foundation - heritage Ezekiel grains, sprouted and fresh milled. Ezekiel pancake recipe card included inside!

Ingredients: Spelt, emmer, einkorn, barley, haricot beans, lentils, millet.

Flour is fresh milled on Wednesdays and shipped that same day, to arrive on Thursdays. Orders close on Sunday evenings, for shipping the following week.

Contains gluten. For maximum nutrients, use as soon as possible after milling or store in freezer. Package contains 600g of flour, and is heat sealed in a resealable bag. Date milled is written on package.
