The staple cracker, with the omega boost and mega crunch of our super seed mix. Hearty and versatile, with a satisfying crisp texture and the unique richness of flavour only Ezekiel grains can provide. Grains are sprouted before being fresh milled into flour, and the cracker mix is fermented with Amen's original sourdough culture. High protein, kind on digestion, steady to the blood sugar: the perfect snack base.
Crackers are fresh baked on Tuesdays and shipped on Wednesdays, to arrive on Thursdays. Orders close on Sunday evenings, for shipping the following week.
Ingredients: spelt, emmer, einkorn, barley, haricot beans, lentils, millet, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, spring water, sourdough culture, olive oil, sea salt. Vegan. Contains gluten.
Package contains 100g of crackers, and is heat sealed with a moisture absorber packet. Best by date is three weeks from baking date, and is written on package.
